1. Nourish Kitchen & Cafe

Menu

We know how important it is to be able to eat wholesome food and make healthy choices no matter how hectic the schedule gets. That is exactly why we created the Cafe.  Whether you are on the run and need to grab & go, or are looking for a cozy & casual space to get away – you will have delicious & conscious options to keep you fueled.  You will find the Cafe down the front hallway, tucked to the right {under the grand staircase} and seating for this casual counter ordering is on the second floor.

The breakfast & lunch menu is available along with quick & healthy options
including nourishing gluten free snacks & baking, and a bone broth bar.

Freelancers and students are huge fans of the second floor and we love seeing the space used as a communal hub.

3. Jam Cafe

Menu

We are an all-day breakfast and lunch restaurant located in Old Town Victoria. Created by Union Pacific Coffee owners Jim and Candy Walmsley, Jam offers incredible homemade fare in a rustic-city atmosphere. The unique menu tempts you to broaden your breakfast horizons with selections including Huevos Rancheros, Green Eggs and Ham, Brioche French Toast and Red Velvet Pancakes. Adding to the ‘comfort food’ theme are favorites such as house made cornbread, buttermilk biscuits, and creamy sausage gravy. Needless to say, there are options to satisfy any craving.

To top off your meal, try one of our innovative drinks such as old-fashioned milkshakes or bacon-garnished Caesars. For those of you whose appetites come alive a bit later in the day check out our lunch menu. The classic Reuben Sandwich with matchstick French fries or the B.E.L.T.C.H. (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and ham) sandwich are both hot tickets. Daily features for both food and drinks keep even the most regular of regulars coming back for more.

The friendly, enthusiastic staff adds the finishing touch to the welcoming atmosphere in this family-owned eatery.

We sincerely hope you love the food, the service, and the atmosphere as much as we loved putting it all together. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

For over thirty years we have been making everything from scratch including our herb bread, corn bread, banana bread, homemade pies, cheesecakes and all our salad dressings. When Food Network Canada was filming in November for our fall shoot we made our Southwestern Meatloaf, Mile High Apple Pie (which we are famous for), Belgian Waffles with our own cream cheese syrup and our best seller, Eggs Benedict with an authentic real butter hollandaise sauce and we had a blast doing it.

Find out why our restaurant lineups keep growing after 32 years! Welcome to our home away from home!

10. Bubby’s Kitchen

Menu

We designed Bubby’s Kitchen from an environmentally conscious perspective. As best as we could, we focused on creating a new space for people to gather that was without toxic finishes and that respected ours and the wider community’s concerns for the environment. This philosophy continues with the foods we source and serve at the Kitchen. All of the beef, pork and chicken we use is hormone and antibiotic free, naturally raised, even the bacon and hot dogs (which are made just for us). We serve Discovery Coffee which we think is one of the best in the city, and they share our sustainability practices. All of our water is filtered, all of our bread, hamburger and hot dog buns use only organic flour.
