Fol Epi Organic Bakery uses organic produce sourced from local farmers as much as possible and they use organic flour, sugar, and local eggs.
Our pastries have a subtle refinement to them evoking flavours of European pastries. We also have a selection of cookies and macaroons with Gluten-Free ingredients for those of you with dietary restrictions.
At Fol Epi Organic Bakery we grind our flours right here at the bakery in an old fashioned stone grinder to ensure the best possible loaves. The result is a loaf with great texture and superb crust.
